Emma Keogh, Founder of Equieire, Wins National Award – A Dream Come True
Posted on September 29 2025

Emma Keogh, founder of Equieire, has been announced as the National Winner of the Emerging Businesswoman of the Year Award at Network Ireland’s National Conference & Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025.
From the very beginning, Emma has been a dreamer – dreaming of building a business, creating something meaningful, and making an impact in the equestrian clothing industry. On Saturday, that dream became a reality as her work with Equieire was recognised on a national stage.
The Journey with Equieire
Founded in 2021, Equieire specialises in high-performance, sustainable equestrian clothing designed for riders who value comfort, quality, and innovation. The brand made its sold-out debut at the RDS Dublin Horse Show and has since grown to serve a loyal and expanding international customer base.
Equieire is now recognised as a trusted name in equestrian fashion and performance riding wear, combining technical design with a commitment to sustainability and ethical manufacturing.
Community & Recognition
Emma represented Network Ireland Kildare at the national awards and highlighted the importance of the strong community of women in business. “Standing alongside so many inspiring women was an honour,” she said.
She also paid tribute to her husband and sons, acknowledging the role her family plays in motivating her every day to keep building and growing her business.
Looking Ahead
Winning the Emerging Businesswoman of the Year National Award is a milestone for both Emma and Equieire. It marks not only recognition of what has been achieved to date but also momentum for the future.
Equieire will continue to focus on delivering sustainable equestrian clothing that works as hard as riders do, while expanding its reach in Ireland and internationally.
For Emma Keogh, this award is a powerful reminder that dreams can become reality.
