Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and the information necessary to process your purchases.     • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.

    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify 
    • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site, also your name, address and email address.
  • Order information
    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, process your payment information, arrange for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
    • Source of collection: collected from you.
    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Meta, Payment Vendors, An Post, and UPs.
    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, google pay, Paypal,  email address, and phone number.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

    We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

    • The performance of the contract between you and the Site;

    Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

    • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
    • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

    What size should I buy?

    f you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, tights, and caps so we can suggest the best size for you!

    Can I cancel my order?

    We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

    What if I want to speak to someone?

    We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

    Can I make changes to my order?

    Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes,
    item changes, or cancellation requests.

    If you need an address change on your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information.

    What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

    What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

    Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.     Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

    What is your return policy?

    We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are happy to help you with an exchange or refund. Read our returns policy

    Can I exchange an item?

    We are happy to offer an exchange on any items returned to us unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original returns labels attached, within 30 days of receipt of order. Please contact Customer Care in relation to returns.

    How will I know you have refunded me?

    Once we have received your return we will credit you via the original method of payment used and will send you a confirmation email. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 14 days.

    Fit and Sizing

    Is there a size guide?

    Yes, please refer to our size chart: tights,

    What size am I?

    We recommend you to select your usual dress size and check the equivalence in our Size Guide size chart tights, For example if you normally wear a UK size 10, please choose our
    size S (for leggings) or size M (for tops).

    Side notes : If you are between sizes, go for the smallest size for leggings and largest size for tops.. If you want a loose fit (for tops), choose 1 size larger.

    What Length are the 7/8 and full length tights?

    7/8 length is approximately 8 cm shorter than Full length leggings, which can also suit Petite and Children/Teenager sizes. Please see our size guide size guide for inseam measurements.

    Are your tights See-through?

    They aren't. Our leggings have been the result of several months of research and development, and they have been tested by professional riders of every size, and by ourselves, so we have ensured to provide you with High quality and worry-free designs. Some of our styles are even double lined.

    Do all colours fit and feel the same?

    All our new styles have been fit in every colour, and tested rigorously, to ensure a consistency in our fit and compression level. Colours should not affect the fit but maybe the touch of the fabric can seem a little different if shades are dark, as these require longer or repeated dying processes. Please also check the composition of the leggings to make sure you select the same fabric if you like its touch.

    Does the silicone grip peel?

    The protective layer of our knee grip tights may peel after one or wears. Do not worry is is normal and does not negatively effect the performance of your tights.

    Product information

    Do you have Washing guidelines?

    Each product comes with a care label sewn at the back, inside
    the waistline seam. These contain washing recommendations.

    They are also indicated on each style's page, in the Product Description.

    Mostly we advise that you machine wash your item inside out, at 30 degrees maximum, spin at 900 t/m maximum, and that you do not bleach and do not tumble dry.

    Where are Equieire clothes Made?

    Our styles were all designed here in Ireland. With a considerate mind-set, we try
    our best to partner with factories within Europe, to limit our carbon foot-print and promote local economy.

    However, a few of our most technologically advanced styles have to be manufactured in Asia, provided that their facilities comply with our brand Ethic, that they use sustainable materials and that they produce our garments in an eco-friendly manner (no use
    of harmful chemical, plant trees, work paper free, etc...)

    What fabrics does Equieire use?

    We only source sustainable or sustainably produced Performance fabrics, which function allow long or intensive horse riding and other sports practice. These have been tested and selected for their best muscle compression, shape retention, temperature isolation, or water repellent properties, and for being extremely comfortable, soft and flattering enough to wear all day long, even out of the stables.

    As a brand standard, all our fabrics contain Regenerated or Recycled fibers.

    What about sustainability?

    It is part of our brand
    Ethic to only cooperate with suppliers who work sustainably and use recycled materials.
    It has been a priority to ensure our furthest located partners pay a lot of effort to offset their carbon footprint (work paper less, avoid harmful chemicals, plant trees, etc...).

    We keep a conscious mindset at all stages of our research and development, and all our fabrics containeither regenerated or recycled fibers, with processes such as Econyl and Repreve.

    Why are Equieire products expensive?

    We've tried to provide an item for every price range, and these garments are made to last, which is more profitable in the long term than fast-fashion.

    There will always be extra costs occuring when developing smart designs and performance clothing, such as working with European and specialized factories, sourcing high quality and recycled materials, custom make intelligent and functional grip placements in specific composition and colorways.

    Most importantly, the time spent to check and test all our products to ensure a durable quality is our first priority and remains absolutely priceless.
